Every system we undertake to install is tested and fully compliant with the relevant standards. A pre-emptive site survey means there’s very little room for error. But, if anything should happen, we have a team of specialists on hand. We’re committed to employee development, so the engineers we provide have built their skill base in-house, with us. 

Behind the scenes we work from a comprehensive scheduling and management system. Our projects are coordinated methodically and we have a complete chronological history of every job we undertake. This enables us to project timelines 3 to 4 months ahead, as well as go back and check specific details if there are any problems. It’s also accessible to you via your customer portal. Track your specific project, download drawings, access statements, invoices and quotes, check risk assessments and look at progress photos. Whatever you need, it’s all there.

We often coordinate multiple trades to ensure the smoothest possible installation. We provide actuator fixing details to the window fabricator and wiring schematics to the M&E contractor so they can install the relevant cables. Our engineers then commission the systems, after which we hand over to you. This way of working not only gives you a single and reliable point of contact, it saves you time and money. 

Furthermore, our Cloudlink unit allows us to quickly and accurately diagnose common control panel faults. Should a fault occur we are immediately informed, enabling us to repair it more quickly.
